"I wanted to comment on a previous rental. I was in Hattiesburg, MS installing some playground equipment for The Salvation Army. I current have a Bobcat skid steer, but on this particular install we were dealing with a lot of clay soil. Well, my tire model just wasn't cutting it, so the phone call went out to Brandon Martin, I told him that I was in desperate need of a track machine and did he have one in Hattiesburg. He told me he would find out and let me know, soon after I got off the phone with him he called me right back, he said we have one do you want it? After telling him YES, I was on my way to pick it up. When I arrived at Bobcat of Hattiesburg I was greeted by Jim Barrett, he promptly got my paper work together and I was out the door in matter of minute. Furthermore he even assisted me with the return of the machine so I wouldn't have to return to Hattiesburg to return the machine back to the dealership. Oh, I failed to mention this all took place at 1:00PM on a Friday afternoon and I was in a crunch to get my job complete!!! Everything was a success and we were able to get the job done, return the rented machine and still get home to our families for the weekend. As a small business owner time is money and these two guys know exactly what customer service is all about. "
